To start a deletion request, email hello@medpia.co from the email address connected to your account.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hello@medpia.co with the subject “Medpia account deletion request.”
2. Include your account email address and organization name. Do not include patient records, passwords, or other sensitive health information.
3. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your request and explain any information that must be retained for legal, security, billing, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where deletion is permitted, we will delete or anonymize account information in accordance with our retention obligations and applicable agreements.
